successfully execute the business acquisition of Burke’s Restaurant and Bar for Kirby Hospitality LLC as the Buy-Side broker in August 2020.
Robert Solari, President/Licensed Realtor led the identification of a group of potential restaurants that met the buyer’s criteria, advised regarding the Building & Real Estate involved in the transaction. negotiated, and expeditiously facilitated the entire transaction.
Bryant McNulty, CPA, CEO along with the resources of his firms McNulty & Co and McNulty & Co CPAs was the exclusive Financial Advisor and conducted Due Diligence pre-close related to the Acquisition and continues to serve as an Accountant, Outsourced CFO, and Advisor to Mr. Kirby.
Jeff Davis, ESQ VP/Licensed Broker, and his firm Davis & Associates PC assisted with all the legal aspects of buying the Restaurant pre-close including Negotiating, Liens, Contracts and post-close with Licensing & Compliance and continues to serve as counsel to the Kirby Family.
